If I still had an outstanding issue with Chip and after numerous attemps of trying to contact him recieving no reply in return would lead me to be more then a little concerned. Maybe that's just me. Seriuosly though, how long does it take to compose a simple e-mail or a quick phone call? I think we all can agree from what we've read regarding Chip and the latest with GMS racing that there is a certain amount of shadiness surrounding the whole ordeal.
